    • PURPOSE: A lithium battery is provided to have excellent chemical resistance, longtime storage, excellent contact strength in high temperature and high pressure, to have low breakdown rate by leakage in high temperature, to prevent leakage of electrolyte solution. CONSTITUTION: A lithium battery comprises a battery case in which electrolyte solution is stored, a header on the upper plane of the battery case, contacting a header pin(13) by a header base(17) and a glass(15). In the header, a coating layer(18) by teflon based fluorinate ethylene propylene coating liquid is formed on a contact surface in which the header contacts to the electrolyte solution. The contact surface comprises a conjugating surface in which the glass, the head base, and the header pin are conjugated. The solid phase ratio in solution of the fluorinated ethylene propylene coating liquid is 20-40 weight%.
