    • An anti-vibration air spring damper using an orifice is provided to comprise anti-vibration system which has short response time and is stable dynamically by self-damping function using an orifice. An anti-vibration air spring damper using an orifice includes an air spring(1) and an orifice(3). The air spring includes a bellows(11) and upper and lower flanges(12,13), and is mounted on an air tank(2) closed tightly. The orifice is installed between the air tank and the air spring. A fixed plate(14) is fixed on the air mount to automatically control the level. A control valve(42) which is connected to a position sensor(41) contacting in the equipment body is equipped in an air supply pipe. The orifice controls the damping coefficient of the air spring damper by using a variable orifice.

    • PURPOSE: A one-way viscous damper is provided to improve the dynamic stability of a motion system by stopping an abnormal motion rapidly when an excessive vibration occurs. CONSTITUTION: A one-way viscous damper comprises a device fixing plate(1) which is attached to a vibration-proof object to move together, a piston(2) with a rod(21) and a piston plate(22) which is attached to the center of the device fixing plate, a check valve(3) which is formed under the piston, a body(4) including a cylinder(42) which is filled with a working fluid and accommodates the piston, an orifice(5) which is installed on a flow path, and a return spring(6) which is fitted to the piston rod and pushes the device fixing plate and the piston.
