    • A method of producing liquid fertilizer from livestock excretion comprising a biological treatment and a separation membrane process is provided to perform a preprocessing and various biological treatments, to improve process efficiency and to produce a high quality of liquefied fertilizer by introducing a process processed by a turbulence type separation film and a spiral separation film. A livestock excretion is processed by an adulteration processor and a centrifugal dehydrator(S3). The livestock excretion passing through the preprocess is purified by a microbe removal mode by a biological treatment(S4). A liquefied fertilizer is produced(S8) by filtering and concentrating the processed water passing through the preprocessing and the main processing steps by a turbulence typed separating film device(S5,S6). The biological treatment includes an expiratory process.

    • PURPOSE: A method and a facility for generating bio-gas based on an introducing material qualifying technology are provided to maintain the activity of bio-gas generating microorganisms and decomposing converted liquid dissolved materials based on anaerobic microorganisms. CONSTITUTION: A facility for generating bio-gas includes an anaerobic digesting bath(30), a first solid-liquid separator(10), a hydrolizer(20), and a sludge concentrator(50). An introducing material without inhibitors is introduced into the anaerobic digesting bath. The first solid-liquid separator separates a raw material into a solid material without inhibitors and a liquid material with inhibitors. The hydrolizer hydrolyzes the solid material and supplies the hydrolyzed solid material into the anaerobic digesting bath. The sludge concentrator concentrates the liquid material from the first solid-liquid separator and waste liquid from the anaerobic digesting bath.
