摘要： A device for cell manipulation and cultivation in a closed environment is provided to culture cells, especially environment sensitive cells under the environment similar to the in vivo environment, i.e. homeostasis-maintained conditions, prevent contamination, and reduce the space and costs of experiment. A device for cell manipulation and cultivation in a closed environment comprises: a working and culture space(1) in a closed environment into which the air is introduced through purification with a filter; an incubator(2) in the working and culture space; a device(2b) for separating cultured cells from the medium in the incubator; a sensor(2a) for detecting cell pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen, carbon dioxide concentration in the incubator; an oxygen tank(9), a carbon dioxide tank(10), pH regulating buffer source(1), a medium tank and a water tank(12) which are connected to the incubator through pipes in a body; and a controller(8) for controlling the pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen and carbon dioxide concentration in the outside of the body. Further, the filter is a HEPA filter or an ULPA filter.
