    • PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for impregnating a fiber substrate and a forming system of fiber reinforcing material are provided to control viscosity(fluidity) of a resin composition and to improve durability and strength of the fiber reinforcing composite material. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(1) for impregnating a fiber comprises: a first inner chamber(11) which contains a resin composition; a first chamber(10) which surrounds the first inner chamber and comprises a first outer chamber(12) containing thermal fluid which changes inner temperature of the first inner chamber; a second chamber(20) which contains a fiber substrate and is impregnated by the resin composition transferred from the firs chamber; and a conveyor pipe(30) which transfers the resin composition of the first chamber and has a pair of opening and closing valves(30a,30b).

    • The present invention provides a transparent polyamic acid solution comprising: (a) dianhydride including fluorinated dianhydride or fluorinated dianhydride and non-fluorinated dianhydride; (b) fluorinated diamine; and (c) an organic solvent, wherein the fluorinated dianhydride includes 10-100 mol% of 4-(trifluoromethyl)pyromellitic dianhydride (4-TFPMDA) based on 100 mol% of the dianhydride, a transparent polyimide resin film manufactured by performing imidization on the polyamic acid solution, a transparent polyimide prepreg and a transparent substrate including the prepreg. The present invention is able to usefully be applied to a flexible display substrate of high resolution since high glass transition temperature, low thermal expansion coefficient and high optical transmittance are exhibited by controlling the mole weight% of fluorinated dianhydride and fluorinated diamine.

    • PURPOSE: A transparent substrate comprises an epoxy resin composition with high glass transition temperature, thereby improving thermal resistance, and to prevent excessive refractivity, thereby having excellent visibility required for a display. CONSTITUTION: A transparent substrate comprises a cured material in which a resin composition(3) is impregnated into a glass fiber(2), and cured. The refractivity of the glass fiber is 1.51-1.53. the resin composition comprises a resin composition including a bisphenol A type epoxy resin, and cycloaliphatic epoxy resin. The bisphenol A type epoxy resin comprises a bisphenol A type epoxy resin comprising 10-30% of hydrogen-added level based on molecular weight of the epoxy resin. The amount of the bisphenol A type epoxy resin, and the aliphatic epoxy resin is respectively 10-70 weight%, and 30-90 weight% based on total weight of the resin composition.
