摘要： PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing phytoncide microcapsule containing grape fermentation extract is provided to adjust the scent emitting amount of microcapsule particles. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing phytoncide microcapsule includes the following: 100g of a polyvinyl pyrrolidone solution is introduced into a reactor; the pH value of the reaction is adjusted in a range between 4.0 and 4.5; 10g of scent is introduced into the reactor and is emulsified at 1000 rpm for 10 minutes to obtain the emulsion of microparticles; 5g of melamine and 10.28g of formalin(37%) are mixed with the product, and the pH value of the reactor is adjusted in a range between 8.0 and 8.5; the reactor is heated at 60 deg C to obtain clear liquid; 25 g of water is added into the liquid, and the liquid is stirred at 25 deg C; a methylol melamine solution of pH 4.5 is added into the product; a stirring operation is implemented at 1000rpm; the temperature of the liquid is increased to 60 deg C after emulsion particles are stabilized; a condensation reaction is implemented at 250 rpm for 2 hours; and microcapsule is obtained, and the generation of bubbles are minimized.
