    • PURPOSE: A thinner composition is provided, which is used to remove the unnecessary membrane component formed at the edge of a resist membrane coated on a substrate or at the rear face of a substrate without the corrosion of an equipment, and is improved in the resist removing property. CONSTITUTION: The thinner composition comprises 0.1-5 wt% of an organic amine; 0.1-30 wt% of an organic solvent; 0.01-5 wt% of a surfactant comprising an anionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant; and 60-99 wt% of water. The organic solvent is selected from the group consisting of ethylene glycol phenyl ether, propylene glycol phenyl ether, butylene glycol phenyl ether, diethylene glycol phenyl ether, dipropylene glycol phenyl ether, N-methylpyrrolidone, N-ethylpyrrolidone, N-propylpyrrolidone, N-hydroxymethylpyrrolidone, N-hydroxyethylpyrrolidone and their mixtures. Preferably the ratio of an anionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant is 1:5 by mass.

    • PURPOSE: A photosensitive resin composition for color filters is provided to show the improved heat-resistance property by containing a dye having specific spectral characteristics along with a pigment. CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive resin composition for color filters comprises 100-250 parts by weight of reactive unsaturated compound, 5-150 parts by weight of blue or green pigment, 50-250 parts by weight of dye having specific spectral characteristics, 5-50 parts by weight of polymerization initiator, and 100-500 parts by weight of solvent to 100.0 of binder resin. The photosensitive resin composition for color filters comprises binder resin, reactive unsaturated compound, blue pigment, dye having specific spectral characteristic, polymerization initiator and solvent. The dye shows the light transmission of 90% or more at 430-465nm of the wavelength region, and the light transmission of 50% or less at 495-505nm of the wavelength region. The photosensitive resin composition for color filters comprises binder resin, reactive unsaturated compound, green pigment, dye having specific spectral characteristic, polymerization initiator and solvent. The dye shows the light transmission of 95% or more at 530-540nm of the wavelength region, and the light transmission of 55% or less at 580-590nm of the wavelength region.     • Provided is a thinner composition for removing color inks which can readily dissolve and rinse off wrongly formed color resist patterns in the preparation process of a color filter for LCD and easily wash a head nozzle of an inkjet printer used in the preparation process. The color resist thinner composition includes a main solvent in an amount of 100 wt%. The main solvent is at least one selected from ethylene glycol n-butyl ether acetate(EGBEA), dipropylene glycolmonomethyl ether acetate(DPMA), diethylene glycol methylethyl ether(MEDG), propylene glycol diacetate(PGDA), dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether(DPGME) and diethylene glycol monoethylether(Carbitol). The main solvent has a low volatility. The color resist thinner composition further includes at least one co-solvent selected from ethylacetate, n-butylacetate, isobutylacetate, ethylene glycol monomethyl etheracetate, ethyleneglycol n-butyl etheracetate, diethylene glycol dimethylether, dipropylene glycol monomethyl etheracetate, diethylene glycol methylethyl ether, diethylene glycol ethyletheracetate, dipropyleneglycol n-butylether, tripropyleneglycol n-propylether, tripropylene glycol methylether, propylene glycol methyletheracetate, propylene glycol diacetate, propylene glycol monomethylether, propylene glycol monoethyl etheracetate, cyclohexanone, ethyl 3-methoxypropionate, methyl 3-ethoxypropionate, dipropylene glycol monomethylether(DPGME) and ethyl 3-ethoxypropionate.
