    • PURPOSE: An external air inflow controller of a heat exchanger for a train is provided to cool indoors by mixing external and internal air and circulating according to changes of external and internal temperature, and to improve cooling and ventilating efficiency by using heat exchanged and mixed air. CONSTITUTION: A cooling system(1) is composed of a compressor, a condenser and an evaporator. Cool air is generated with heat exchange of the cooling system, and supplied through a duct to a discharge port. A central processing unit(2) is connected to a damper drive(3) to control a heat exchanger, and is connected to an external air detecting sensor(4) and an internal air detecting sensor(5). The central processing unit is connected to an external air inflow motor(6) and an evaporator fan(7) to operate by sensors. The external air inflow motor and the evaporator fan are operated selectively according to signals from sensors, and the flow rate of external air is controlled with actuating the damper. Cooling is performed with mixing external and internal air according to temperature difference, and internal air is ventilated.
