A fixing plate unit(21) having a bolt hole(3) is formed in one side around the bent part. A winding and hanging plate unit(22) are formed in the other side around the bent part. The winding and hanging plate unit has an elongated hole(6). The middle part of a shoulder belt(12) is inserted in the elongated hole. The elongated hole has an inner surface of arch shape from one side of a substrate. The protruded portion(611) is protruded in the form of dividing a circle into four from the elongated hole.

A fitting hole(4) is formed between the elongated hole(2) and the fixing hole(3), and a bending portion(1a) is formed at the bottom of the fitting hole.     • The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a vehicle floor mat and a vehicle floor mat manufactured thereby. The manufacturing method thereof according to the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing a high-stiffness nonwoven fabric; applying powder to the prepared high-stiffness nonwoven fabric; giving adhesiveness to the applied powder by heating the powder in a heating chamber (5); producing a laminated sheet (10) by providing and laminating a carpet (1) on the high-stiffness nonwoven fabric (2) given adhesiveness; maturing the laminated sheet (10) in a maturing chamber (4); cutting the laminated sheet; and winding the laminated sheet. The carpet (1) is prepared by drying the carpet after applying an adhesive component to the rear surface thereof using latex binder treatment. The carpet is either a fabric or a punched carpet. The density of the solid component of the binder used for the latex binder treatment is 70 to 120 g/m2. The powder adhesive used in the step for applying powder to the prepared high-stiffness nonwoven fabric is composed of high-density PE. The adhesive composed of the high-density PE is applied with the density of 100 to 300 g/m2.
