    • The present invention relates to a light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof, particularly to the light emitting device for increasing the amount of light emission by refracting emitted light. To achieve such a purpose, the present invention is to provide the light emitting device and the manufacturing method thereof comprising a substrate made of a transparent material; a first electrode arranged on the substrate; a light emitting part arranged on the first electrode and a second electrode arranged on the light emitting part; a lens part that is prepared on the substrate, refracts the light that is emitted from the light emitting part and passes through the substrate, and comprises multiple layers formed on the substrate. The amount of the light emitted from the substrate is dramatically increased by improving the arrangement density of the lens part according to the present invention.
