    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing kimchi suitable for each person's constitution is provided, thereby preparing the kimchi suitable for each person's constitution and taste. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing kimchi suitable for each person's constitution comprises the steps of: classifying person into each group according to constitution; classifying seasoning ingredients for kimchi into three groups consisting of a promoting group, a repressing group and a prohibiting group within the each group of constitution; increasing the ratio of seasoning ingredients belonging to the promoting group, decreasing the ratio of seasoning ingredients belonging to the repressing group and removing the ratio of seasoning ingredients belonging to the prohibiting group; mixing the seasoning ingredients of two groups to prepare a seasoning stuff for kimchi; and mixing the seasoning stuff with Chinese cabbages.
    • 目的:提供适合每个人的体格的泡菜的制备方法,从而制备适合每个人的体质和味道的泡菜。 构成:适用于每个人的宪法的制作泡菜的方法包括:按照宪法将人员划分为各组; 将泡菜的调味成分分为三组,分别由促进组,镇压组和禁组组组成。 增加属于促进组的调味成分的比例,降低属于抑制组的调味成分的比例,除去属于禁用组的调味成分的比例; 混合两组调料成分,制作泡菜调味料; 并将调味料与中国白菜混合。
