摘要： PURPOSE: A polymer strap for a textile geogrid is provided to improve tensile strength and elongation by attaching reinforcing fabric on the upper side of filaments. CONSTITUTION: A polymer strap for a textile geogrid comprises a yarn filament(10), and a strength-reinforcing fabric. The yarn filament is used as a weft and a warp, and comprises yarns with the yarn strength of 8.5g/denier or more. The strength-reinforcing fabric is attached to the one side of a rib, which is formed by the yarn filament. The strength-reinforcing fabric is sewn in order to have the constant width on the yarn filament. The strength-reinforcing fabric forms a sewing part. A net structure circular knitted fabric or a warp knitted fabric is used as the strength-reinforcing fabric. The width of the sewing part is proportional to the width of the rib. The distance between the sewing parts is 10-20mm.
