摘要： PURPOSE: A molding method of edge-encapsulated products by applying pressure and heat with sheet molding compound or bulk molding compound and the edge-encapsulated product are provided to form the soft surface of the product by integrally bonding the extruded sheet molding compound or bulk molding compound to the reinforced glass panel. CONSTITUTION: At lease two or more mold bodies are moved relatively and formed in a multiple mold to form the inner board of a mold chamber opened inward and the mold chamber opposed to the mold clamping region, and the glass(15) is placed in the mold clamping region in opening the mold body. The mold body is heated, and thermosetting polymer is placed in the heated mold body and the outer edge of the glass. The glass is clamped in the mold clamping region, and compressive force is generated by moving the mold body gradually to the closed position. Thermosetting polymer is injection-molded in the edge-encapsulated portion, and hardened by applying pressure and heat. The mold body is relatively moved to open, and the edge-encapsulated product is removed from the mold chamber.

摘要： PURPOSE: A structural unit, especially a door including an injected-molded frame is provided to reduce the cost and improve the exterior view. CONSTITUTION: A structural unit comprises a frame formed of molded synthetic polymeric/copolymeric plastic material. The frame is defined by a peripheral wall(21) and relatively spaced out from inwardly projecting inner and outer walls(22,23) terminating in respective terminal edges(24,25). The inner and outer wall terminal edges define respective inner and outer openings. The inner opening is larger than the outer opening. An insert(12) has a peripheral edge of a size to pass through the inner opening along a path substantially parallel to an axis of the inner opening. The insert is located in a plane between the inner and outer walls. The structural unit comprises a unit for holding the insert in the frame, an access area through which the holding unit is slid along a path of travel substantially normal to the inner opening axis into sandwiched relationship between the insert and the inwardly projecting inner wall, and a unit for retaining the holding unit in the sandwich relationship thereof.

摘要： A door having an injected molded frame is provided to reduce cost and labor by using no pivot and handle while improving the appearance by avoiding miter joint. A door frame(11) includes protruded an inner wall and an outer wall(23) separated from a peripheral wall. The inner and outer walls end at edges(25) forming inner and outer openings of the door frame. The inner opening is larger than the outer opening. A glass insertion includes a peripheral edge passing through the inner opening along a passage in parallel to the inner opening. A second insertion slides into a passage vertical to an axis of the inner opening to be inserted between the inner wall and the glass insertion to fix or maintain the glass insertion at a desired position. A supporter is inserted in a sandwich shape to fix the second insertion.
