    • The present invention relates to a lightweight aggregate using waste stone sludge of basalt and a production method thereof. The lightweight aggregate is obtained by the steps of: mixing a mixture formed of 80-100 wt% of basalt stone sludge, 10-20 wt% of jeju clay, 50-100 wt% of glass powder, and 5-10 wt% of calcium carbonate with water to obtain a molded body; and plasticizing and foaming the molded body, and drying. The lightweight aggregate is also obtained by the steps of: mixing 100 wt% of basalt stone sludge and 0.5-1.0 wt% of silicon carbide (SiC); adding water 20 wt% of watery glass, and molding the mixture into a molded body; and plasticizing and foaming the molded body, and drying.     • The purpose of the present invention is to provide a phorocurable resin composition capable of conveniently performing fine pattern formation, especially a contact hole pattern, exhibiting various film properties and excellent adhesion on basic materials when the film is post-cured at low temperatures, exhibiting reliability as an electric/electronic part, especially drug resistance on a solder flux liquid, and providing a film with high reliability; a patterning method; and a protective film for an electric/electronic part. To resolve problems, the present invention provides the photocurable resin composition comprises; polymers of a weight-average molecular weight of 3,000-500,000 which comprises epoxy groups and repeating units represented by a formula (1); onium salt-based photoacid generators which comprises tetrakis-(pentafluorophenyl)borate anions represented by a formula (4); solvents; and a cross-linking agent which comprises epoxy resins as necessary.     • PURPOSE: A multi-blade stone cutting machine is provided to cut a stone tile unit with a small width of about 5cm by freely adjusting the interval of multi-saw blades. CONSTITUTION: A multi-blade stone cutting machine comprises a square main frame(100), a lateral cutting unit(200), a longitudinal cutting unit(300), a carriage transfer unit(400), and a control unit(500). The lateral cutting unit comprises a lateral cutter shaft(210) rotated by a first motor and a plurality of lateral cutters(220) fixed to the lateral cutter shaft. The longitudinal cutting unit comprises a longitudinal cutter shaft(310) rotated by a second motor and a plurality of longitudinal cutters(320) fixed to the longitudinal cutter shaft. The carriage transfer unit comprises a rail installed on the underside of the main frame to extend to the lateral cutting unit across the longitudinal cutting unit and a carriage moving along the rail. The control unit controls the transfer of the lateral/longitudinal cutting units, the operations of the first and second motors, and the movement of the carriage.

    • PURPOSE: A tile molding apparatus is provided to easily manufacture tiles by molding materials put into a molding frame by a second cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A tile molding apparatus comprises a main body(10), a molding frame(40), a first cylinder(20), a molding cover(30), and a second cylinder(50). The main body comprises a molding frame mounting space(11). The first cylinder is mounted on an upper part of the main body to face the molding frame mounting space. The molding cover connects to a rod of the first cylinder. The molding cover surrounds an upper side of the molding frame by moving toward the molding frame by a stretch of the rod. The second cylinder is installed in the molding frame mounting space to enable the rod to face the molding frame. A pressurizing unit installed in a front end of the rod by the stretch pressurizes the material put into the molding frame.
