    • PURPOSE: A system for searching and registering a real time situation information provider based on geographic information and a method thereof are provided to quickly receive desired service content from a corresponding real time situation information provider by easily searching real time situation information providers in the world. CONSTITUTION: A service client(C) searches a service register(R) for a real time situation information provider(P) based on geographic information to request a service. The real time situation information provider generates service content based on real time situation information collected through a sensor network and transmits the same. The service register registers the real time situation information provider based on the geographic information according to a registration request of the real time situation information provider.     • PURPOSE: A service content supporting tool for producing and managing service content in a sensor web system and a method for providing the service content using the same are provided to allow service providers to generate and provide the service content using the service content supporting tool to clients without building up their own service content, thereby stabilizing services of the service providers. CONSTITUTION: A map information management module (220) generates and manages map information based on original map data stored in a database. A node information management module (230) generates and manages node information based on sensor information, interest information, and position information stored in the database. A service provider information management module (240) generates and manages information of a service provider by an input of an administrator. A service content transmission management module (250) registers the information of the service provider in a service registry, and transmits service content including the map information and the node information to the service provider. A service content state display module (210) displays a state of the service content.
