    • PURPOSE: A cylinder type multi-nozzle electrostatic inkjet device and an ink spraying system having the same are provided to supply ink supplied through a single supplying line to each nozzle at a same amount and pressure, thereby simply constituting the supplying line and uniformly spraying the ink through each nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder type multi-nozzle electrostatic inkjet device comprises an ink injecting pipe(110), a chamber plate(120), a nozzle holder(130), nozzles(140), a cylindrical electrode holder, and an electrode holder(150). The chamber plate is joined to the ink injecting pipe. The nozzle holder accommodates the chamber plate. A conductive ink receiving space is formed in between the nozzle holder and chamber plate. The nozzle is installed in the nozzle holder. The cylindrical electrode holder is installed in the outer circumference of the nozzle holder. The electrode holder comprises a rear electrode of a ring shape. Voltage is supplied to the ink injecting pipe and rear electrode so that electrostatic field for spraying conductive ink is formed.

    • PURPOSE: A fluid circulating type electrostatic inkjet nozzle is provided to obtain a multi-nozzle by laminating inkjet nozzles in which a fluid circulating structure is applied and to individually control a flow rate of the multi-nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A fluid circulating type electrostatic ink-jet nozzle comprises a nozzle body(110), a channel(120), an inner electrode(130), and an orifice(140). The ink inlet and ink outlet are respectively formed in both sides facing opposite direction of the nozzle body. The channel connects the ink inlet and ink outlet and provides a space where the injected ink flows inside the nozzle body. The inner electrode is installed in the nozzle body and electrifies the ink flowing inside the channel. The orifice is formed in the nozzle body and at least some of the electrified ink is sprayed to outside of the nozzle body.

CONSTITUTION: An array type multi-nozzle electrostatic ink-jet device comprises an ink injection pipe(110), a chamber plate(120), a nozzle holder(130), a lower supporter(140), an outer conductor. Conductive ink is injected through the ink injection pipe. The chamber plate is joined to the ink injection pipe. The chamber plate comprises a chamber groove for accommodating the conductive ink. The nozzle holder is installed in the lower part of the chamber plate. A plurality of nozzles is installed at a position corresponding to the chamber groove. The lower supporter is installed in the lower part of the nozzle holder. A through-hole in which a tip of the nozzle is exposed is formed in the lower supporter. The outer conductor is installed along a girth of the through-hole formed in the lower supporter. Voltage is supplied to the outer conductor so that the electrostatic field for spraying the conductive ink is formed.

    • PURPOSE: An electrostatic force inkjet head is provided to form a uniform electrostatic field on a substrate with a peripheral electrode structure being installed around a capillary tube head and to obtain the structural stability of an electrostatic force inkjet head with a coupling structure of a bolt shape of the capillary tube head and the peripheral electrode. CONSTITUTION: An electrostatic force inkjet head comprises a holder plate(110), a capillary tube head(120), a backside electrode, a voltage applying unit, and a plurality of peripheral electrodes(130). The holder plate is arranged in the upper side of the substrate. The capillary tube head is installed in the holder plate and comprises the capillary tube. The backside electrode is arranged in the rear side of the substrate. The voltage applying unit applies voltages to the capillary tube head and backside electrode so that an electrostatic field is formed in between the capillary tube head and backside electrode. The peripheral electrode is installed in the holder plate to be arranged in the peripheral of the capillary tube head and form the uniform electrostatic field on the substrate by being connected to the voltage applying unit.
