    • A system with MEMS(Micro-Electromechanical System) based switching module connected to a series circuit to obtain a required voltage rating is provided to implement a circuit without influence by a voltage generated on both ends of a terminal in an open switching state. A micro-electromechanical system with at least one switching module(100) includes a switching circuit(106), a control circuit(110), and a power circuit(108). The switching circuit includes at least one micro-electromechanical system switch which selectively secures a current path from an input line to an output line in response to a gate control signal applied to the switch. The control circuit is connected to the switching circuit to supply the gate control signal to the micro-electromechanical system switch. The power circuit is connected to the control circuit and the switching circuit and includes a pair of input terminals and a pair of output terminals galvanically isolated from each other.
