摘要： The present invention provides a dryer provided in a drying unit of a fabric finishing machine such as a tenter machine or a coating machine, wherein conditions of temperatures and air volume of hot air sprayed on the surface of an object to be dried passing through the drying unit differ from those sprayed on the rear side thereof, so as to be dried in a drying condition suitable to physical properties of functional material treated on the object to be dried, and thereby, allowing optimal functional effects to be expected. As a means to achieve the purpose, in the dryer provided in a drying unit of a fabric finishing machine, the present invention divides the drying unit into a upper drying room and a lower drying room on the basis of fabric, that is, the object to be dried, wherein a separate hot air spraying duct is installed in the upper and lower drying rooms, and an air fan, a heat exchanger, and a heater are respectively installed in the separate hot air spraying duct of the upper and lower drying rooms, and thereby, dying the object to be dried by differentiating a temperature condition of the drying hot air supplied to the hot air spraying duct of the upper and lower drying rooms. In addition, by separating the upper and lower drying rooms by being provided with a variable separation plate on both ends of a pin rail, that is a transfer rail, for gripping and transferring the object to be dried, the present invention can facilitate the setup of the hot air temperature.

摘要： PURPOSE: A jet dyeing machine which is installed with a dyeing solution separation device is provided to reduce dyeing solution resistance against a fabric material by reducing the amount of a dyeing solution which flows in an inner basket, and to arrange the fabric material, which comes into a dyeing bath, neatly in a zigzag shape without entanglement. CONSTITUTION: A jet dyeing machine which is installed with a dyeing solution separation device comprises an injection nozzle(30), an inner basket(80), a dyeing solution pipe(50), and a dyeing bath(20). A dyeing solution separating hole(70) in which a dyeing solution discharge unit is formed is installed on a connection part where the dyeing solution pipe and the dyeing bath are connected to each other. The dyeing solution pipe is connected to the fore-end part of the dyeing solution separating hole. The rear end part of the dyeing solution separating hole is connected to the inner basket which is placed inside the dyeing bath, where a part of a dyeing solution which flows into the dyeing bath does not flow into the inner basket, but separately flows through the dyeing solution discharge unit to the outside of the dyeing solution separation hole, and falls onto the bottom(23) in the dyeing bath.

摘要： A nozzle for a low-liquid-ratio dyeing machine according to the present invention is composed to prevent the circulation of liquid dye and to prevent the twist of a fabric by composing a plurality of penetrating holes at regular intervals on the upper fixed body composed in the upper region of a nozzle box and by ideally adjusting the intervals of discharge holes formed between upper and lower nozzles in the process of selectively inserting interval-adjusting rings with various thicknesses between the upper and lower nozzles while having a nozzle part composed to be assembled by fastening and fixing the upper nozzle and the lower nozzle with fastening bolts after placing the upper and lower nozzles on the upper fixed body, and is composed to prevent the defect of a fabric and to minimize the circulation of dye liquid being introduced in the process of installing a confining plate in the nozzle box by composing long the discharge holes between an inner slope surface composed long in the lower nozzle and an outer slope surface composed long in the upper nozzle, by improving fabric transfer strength in the process of improving the spraying strength of water sprayed through the discharge holes, and by preventing the end parts of foreign matters from extruding into the nozzles. By the composition above, the nozzle for a low-liquid-ratio dyeing machine according to the present invention can prevent the twist and tangle of a fabric induced by the eddy of liquid dye and can make the dyeing status of the fabric uniform because the nozzle can be easily assembled and central points can be easily matched when the upper nozzle and the lower nozzle are assembled.
