    • PURPOSE: A method for removing phosphorous in wastewater using steelmaking slag is provided to remove phosphorous contained in wastewater by using steelmaking slag that is a byproduct generated from an ironworks. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a step of obtaining yard slab by water cooling steelmaking slag; injecting 2 to 10 wt.% of yard slag having a basicity (CaO/SiO2) of 4.0 to 5.0 and containing 10 to 15 wt.% of FeO into wastewater containing phosphorous, thereby reacting the yard slag with wastewater at least for one hour; and a step of recovering the slag from the wastewater, wherein the yard slag is crushed so that it has an irregular grain shape, and wherein the yard slag is injected into the wastewater as a calcined slag by calcination treating the yard slag at an air atmosphere in the temperature range of 700 to 800 deg.C for at least one hour.

    • PURPOSE: Hybrid steelmaking apparatus and method using reduction furnace and electric furnace are provided to stabilize quality of molten steel, additionally produce reduced iron in the high temperature state from the reduction furnace and produce molten steel by charging the reduced iron along with scrap into the electric furnace. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid steelmaking apparatus(1000) comprises a reduction furnace(100) into which iron ore is charged through ore charging hole(104), in which the charged iron ore is reduction reacted by flue gas supplied through main gas pipe(301) connected to a lower part of the reduction furnace, and on a lower part of which a reduced iron discharger(101) is mounted to discharge the reduced iron ore to the outside; a storage tank(200) which is extended from an exit end of the reduced iron discharger, to an upper part of which a lower end of reduced iron supply pipe(201) having high temperature sealing type upper valve(202) is connected, from which the reduced iron is discharged, to a lower part of which an upper end of reduced iron discharge pipe(203) having high temperature sealing type lower valve(204) is connected, and which is equipped with a load cell(205) for measuring weight of reduced iron stored in the storage tank so that the reduced iron is temporarily stored in the storage tank; a multi-directional ore valve(250) installed between the reduced iron discharge pipe and the ore pipes to distribute the reduced iron discharged to the outside through a reduced iron charger(206) mounted on the reduced iron discharge pipe to any one of at least two or more of ore pipes(251,252); and at least two or more of electric furnaces(300,300a) to which a lower end of the ore pipe is connected so that the reduced iron is charged into the electric furnaces, into which scrap is charged through scrap charging hole, wherein the electric furnaces comprise electrode rods(302,302a) for providing electric energy, injection nozzles(303,303a) for injecting oxygen as well as semi-soft coking coal for providing thermal power energy and subsidiary raw materials for forming slag, and gas pipes(304,304a) for discharging flue gas generated when burning semi-soft coking coal with oxygen to the main gas pipe.

    • PURPOSE: A device and a method are provided to distribute fine powder collected in hot cyclone of a Melter Gasifier before supplying to a melter gasifier in a cortex process. CONSTITUTION: Large particles flying due to an abnormal operation in a melter gasifier(100) are transferred to a hot cyclone(200) via a first exhaust gas discharge pipe(101) with fine particles sprayed to the exhaust gas, collected in the hot cyclone, divided from the exhaust gas, and injected to the lower part of a flowing layer passage(300) via a fine powder supply pipe(202). The exhaust gas separated from the fine powder is discharged from the hot cyclone via a second exhaust gas discharge pipe(201). Inactive gas or exhaust gas is supplied to the flowing layer passage via the first exhaust gas pipe and the second exhaust gas pipe. The fine powder supplied to the flowing layer passage is flowed or flow-reduced in the flowing layer passage, injected to the melter gasifier via a fine powder discharge hole(306) and a fine powder discharge pipe(307), and melted or reduced by a dust burner(309). The large particles having size over a certain degree fall on being supplied to the flowing layer passage, are discharged via a large particle discharge hole(304) and a large particle discharge pipe(307), and stored in a large particle storage tub(400).
