    • PURPOSE: A DC(Direct Current) leakage circuit breaker is provided to disconnect a DC line by detecting the flow of leakage current, excess current, and reverse current through the DC line. CONSTITUTION: A leakage current detecting part(A) comprises an annular core, a leakage-detectable zero current transformer(312), and leakage-detectable square-wave AC(Alternating Current) power supply parts(316,330). Target measuring DC lines pass through the annular core. The leakage-detectable zero current transformer is composed of a winding wire winding the annular core. The leakage-detectable square-wave AC power supply parts supply square-wave AC power to the winding wire of the leakage-detectable zero current transformer. A leakage current calculating part detects the size and polarity of leakage current. A leakage-cutoff control signal generation part generates leakage-cutoff control signals. An opening part(E) disconnects the target measuring current lines.
