摘要： PURPOSE: A moving vehicle which uses a vortex tube refrigeration box is provided to improve the quality of a food product by managing temperature and time suitable for the food product which is fed through a control box. CONSTITUTION: In a moving vehicle which uses a vortex tube refrigeration box, a rapid cooling container(10) has a space for a food while having an inlet and outlet. A food feeding unit is installed in the rapid cooling container and moves the food to an outlet. At least one ball tax tube(30) projects a cool air inside the rapid cooling container to cool down the product. A control box(50) controls feeding speed of the food feeding unit and control the cool air discharge temperature of the ball tax tube.
