    • PURPOSE: A process for preparing Korean traditional wines, Takju and Yakju using inorganic mineral free distilled water is provided, thereby preventing the accumulation of the inorganic mineral in the human body. CONSTITUTION: A process for preparing Korean traditional wines Takju and Yakju using inorganic mineral free distilled water comprises the steps of: boiling water at 100 deg. C using a conventional distilled water apparatus to prepare the distilled water(1) which has no inorganic minerals, bacteria and virus; mixing the distilled water(1) with the conventional main ingredients including rice, wheat flour and other grains and the conventional fermentation material; and fermenting the mixture.
    • 目的:提供使用无机无矿物蒸馏水制备韩国传统葡萄酒,Takju和Yakju的过程,从而防止无机矿物在人体内的积累。 构成:使用无机无矿物蒸馏水制备韩国传统葡萄酒Takju和Yakju的方法包括以下步骤:在100度的沸水。 C使用常规蒸馏水设备制备不含无机矿物,细菌和病毒的蒸馏水(1); 将蒸馏水(1)与常规的主要成分(包括水稻,小麦粉等)和常规发酵材料混合; 并发酵混合物。
