    • The present invention relates to a method of analyzing accuracy of linear sensor output based on a theoretical prediction of the output model. The method comprises steps of: analyzing a statistically significant number of linear sensors to obtain operating profiles at two or more operating conditions; individually testing a linear sensor to obtain at least four data points; developing a theoretical prediction of the output model for each operating condition from the four data points; and comparing accuracy of the relationship between the theoretical prediction of the output model to sensor output in the operating profile corresponding to a given input for the same operating condition. Also disclosed are calibration algorithms associated therewith, as well as mechatronic units and further assemblies therefrom.

    • PURPOSE: A method for installing a pressure converter and an electro-hydraulic manifold assembly are provided to easily manufacture the pressure sensor or converter assembly for continuously transmitting real time electric signals for indicating pressure at the detection port at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: Plural pressure converters are installed in a hydraulic manifold(26) with plural hydraulic outlet ports controlled respectively by a valve electrically operated. Plural detection ports communicated with the pressure outlets are formed in the manifold. Plural conductive strips and detecting orifices are formed in circuit boards. The detecting orifice is placed corresponding to the pressure detection port, and plural connector terminals are arranged in the circuit board. The connecter terminal is connected to the strip and the detecting orifice. The pressure-sensitive variable impedance range of the die is arranged on the detecting orifice, and the die is connected to the strip. The circuit board is fixed to the manifold by arranging the orifice with the detecting port.
