    • 본발명은폴리머콘크리트를이용한유도블럭의제조방법에관한것으로, 상판은불포화폴리에스터수지로하고, 하판은불포화폴리에스터수지를첨가한폴리머콘크리트로하여유도블럭을제조함으로써접착력뛰어나고, 중량을감소시켜작업이편리하면서도강도가뛰어나고, 낮은흡수율에따른동결파손을효과적으로방지할수 있는유도블럭의제조방법을제공하는데그 목적이있으며, 상기한목적을달성하기위한본 발명은, 불포화폴리에스터수지 100중량부에대하여수축저감제 7내지 15중량부를혼합하여바인더를제조하는제 1공정과; 상기에서제조한바인더 100중량부에대하여색소 1내지 2중량부와경화제 1내지 2중량부를첨가하여유도블럭상판에해당하는부분만큼타설한뒤 20분정도양생하여불포화폴리에스터수지를반경화시키는제 2공정과; 반경화된불포화폴리에스터수지위에상기제 1공정에서제조한바인더 100중량부에대하여경화제 1내지 2중량부, 충진제 120내지 140중량부및 골재 500내지 600중량부의성분비를갖는폴리머콘크리트를내부에홈부가형성되도록타설하여완전경화시키는제 3공정과; 완전경화된하판의바닥에불포화폴리에스터수지와유리섬유를혼합한섬유강화플라스틱을분사하여섬유강화플라스틱층을형성시키는제 4공정으로이루어진폴리머콘크리트를이용한유도블럭의제조방법을제공함으로써달성할수 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing induction blocks by using polymer concrete is provided, to improve the adhesion, the strength, to reduce the weight and to prevent the freezing breakage due to low absorption. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of mixing 100 parts by weight of unsaturated polyester resin and 7-15 parts by weight of a shrinkage reducing agent to prepare a binder; mixing 100 parts by weight of the binder, 1-2 parts by weight of a color and 1-2 parts by weight of a curing agent, pouring the mixture on the region corresponding to the induction block, curing it for 20 min, and semi-curing it; pouring the mixture consisting of 100 parts by weight of the binder, 1-2 parts by weight of a curing agent, 120-140 parts by weight of a filler, and 500-600 parts by weight of aggregate, on the semi-cured unsaturated polyester resin and curing it totally; and spraying the fiber reinforced plastic comprising unsaturated polyester resin and glass fiber on the bottom of the totally cured lower plate(13), to form a fiber reinforced plastic layer(14).
