    • PURPOSE: A three-dimensional glass tile is provided to maximize the decorative effect of the glass tile by utilizing optical effects such as transmission, refraction, scattering and interference of light, and textural effect of the three-dimensional body. The glass tile can be made by small portions without requiring a large mold, thereby reducing the production cost. CONSTITUTION: The three-dimensional glass tile is produced by comprising the steps of: overlaying a glass panel(200) to a mold(100) where a certain pattern is embossed or intaglioed and heating them together; forming three-dimensional patterns(210), corresponding to the embossed or intaglioed pattern of the mold, on the glass panel as the heated glass panel is soften and closely pressed onto the surface of the mold by its own weight; and painting some colors(700) to the three-dimensional patterns of the glass panel.

    • A method for manufacturing an inorganic wall material for building interiors and exteriors is provided to emit large amounts of far infrared rays and anions, and adsorb and remove volatile organic compounds or an odor. A method for manufacturing an inorganic wall material for building interiors and exteriors includes the steps of: charging 20-40% of cement, 20-40% of gypsum, 10-30% of quartz sand, 5-10% of vermiculite, 10-35% of clay, and 10-35% of white earth into a mixer, and stirring the materials while adding water to increase the total weight of the materials by 3-8%, wherein each of the materials has an average particle size of 1.2 mm or smaller; placing the obtained mixture in an aging room having an internal temperature of 10-35 °C, and aging the mixture for 2-3 hours to have viscosity suitable for forming the mixture; supplying the aged mixture to a press molding machine to produce a molded product, wherein the press molding machine is operated at a discharge pressure of 200-400 kg/cm^2; supplying water to the upside and underside of the molded product to increase the weight of the molded product by 15-30%; and curing the molded product in a curing room.
