    • The present invention is to recycle food waste or livestock excretions and more specifically, to a method for recycling food waste and livestock excretions, which prevents environmental pollution due to waste water generated by the food waste and livestock excretions, by using carbonized feed and soil after removing odor and organic components through an oxygen free thermal decomposition-incineration. The method also can improve recyclability of resources, obtain excellent quality of feed and soil which does not have odor and which does not get putrefied, and reduce financial burdens due to price reduction. In addition, salts extracted from the food waste and livestock excretions can be used as industrial salt or calcium chloride; and clean water can be recovered by refining the wastewater and removing the odor.     • PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing solid fuel using paper sludge and domestic waste is provided to prevent environmental contamination by reducing waste, increasing the resource recycling efficiency by recycling the waste and reducing the production costs using the raw materials with a low unit cost. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of solid fuel comprises the following steps: filling dehydrated paper sludge and wastes in a vacuum state anoxic incinerator so that the percentage of water content becomes 80-90%; (S100) forming carbonized ash by heating at 250-450°C from the outside of the incinerator and vacuum incinerating the same; (S200) pulverizing the carbonized ash; (S300) manufacturing a liquefied coagulant by putting one of carboxymethyl cellulose and kelp or vegetable gelatin into water and heating the same; (S400) mixing 1-1.5L of coagulant per 5kg of carbonized ash powder and condensing the carbonized ash; (S500) putting the coagulated carbonized ash and compress molding with a pressure of 150-300 tons; (S600) and taking out the molded solid fuel and completely removing the moisture by blowing 200-300°C of hot wind for 15-30 minutes.     • 본 발명은 제지 슬러지와 생활쓰레기를 이용하여 보일러나 난로, 화로 등에 사용되는 고형연료를 제조하기 위한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 제지 슬러지와 일상 생활에서 발생하는 생활쓰레기를 소각시 진공상태에서 무산소 소각하여 탄화재(탄소재)를 얻고, 그 탄화재를 시엠시(carboxymethyl cellulose) 및 다시마 또는 우무를 끓인 응집제와 혼합 및 성형 건조시켜 고형연료를 제조함으로써, 버려지는 폐기물을 줄여 환경 오염을 예방함과 동시에 자원을 효과적으로 재활용할 수 있으며, 특히, 비교적 낮은 단가의 원재료를 이용하여 제조함으로 제조원가의 절감에 따른 저렴한 비용의 고형연료를 제조할 수 있어 이에 따른 저 비용의 고형연료의 공급이 가능하여 보일러나 난로, 화로의 사용처로 하여금 고형연료 구입에 따른 경제적인 손실을 줄여줄 수 있게 하며, 또한, 연탄, 석유 등의 화석연료를 대신한 친환경적인 연료를 얻을 수 있어 환경 문제를 해결할 수 있으며, 연소시 냄새나 분진이 최소화되고 대부분 소산 되어 잔재물을 최소화할 수 있게 한 제지 슬러지와 생활쓰레기를 이용한 고형연료 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
