摘要： PURPOSE: A hopper gate for an incinerator is provided to prevent mechanical deformations due to a large load of waste and distortions caused by high-temperature combustion heat. CONSTITUTION: A hopper gate for an incinerator comprises an inner structure(20), an outer structure(30), and a refractory material. A plurality of gratings(21) are regularly formed in the inner structure, and the inner structure is embedded in the outer structure. The outer structure has a plurality of expansion holes(32) on the top thereof and a plurality of refractory material injection holes(31) on the bottom thereof. The refractory material injection holes and the expansion holes correspond to respective gratings. In a state where the expansion holes of the outer structure are sealed, the refractory material is injected between the inner and outer structures through the refractory material injection holes.
