    • The present invention relates to a method for installing an ALC panel forming a horizontal wall using a coupling channel comprising: (a) a step for preparing an ALC panel having grooves so that a protrusion tensioned by a certain thickness can be formed on a lower end part of a surface equipped with an embedded anchor; (b) a step for coupling T-bolt to an embedded channel; (c) a step for fixing a L-shaped coupling angle on a side end surface of a slab in order for the coupling hole in order to be faced; (d) a step for having supporting brackets constituted and coupled at regular intervals by forming the same in pairs in an external part of a coupling member; (e) a step for fixing and coupling the ALC panel by coupling to the embedded anchor of the ALC panel; (f) a step for fixing and coupling with coupling plates after arranging one or two of other ALC panels on top of the ALC panel which is fixated on an upper part of the supporting bracket; and (g) a step for repeating the step (e) and the step (f).

    • An ALC panel installing method by a side wall building method, provided by the present invention, includes the following steps of: (a) respectively forming embedded anchors in both sides and preparing an ALC panel which has a groove so that a stepped part is formed to be concave in the lower end part of a side which has the embedded anchors at a predetermined thickness; (b) installing embedding channels with a steel bar assembly of a slab at an interval which corresponds to the width of an ALC panel when depositing the slab and combining a T-type bolt with the embedding channel; (c) fixating an L shape which has a coupling angle and has coupling holes in the lateral surface of the slab so that the coupling holes face other coupling holes with an interval in the center by using the T-type bolt which is coupled with the embedding channel; (d) vertically installing a flange and a web in the central part of the flange, passing through the coupling hole in the web at the interval of installing the slab, and mutually coupling and fixating a vertical material which has a T-shaped cross section in which a support bracket of an L shape which is formed with a horizontal side and a vertical side which is vertically formed in one end part of the horizontal side in one united body is combined with the outside of the flange by inserting the web of the vertical material into a space between angles; (e) fixating and combining the ALC panel by making the lower end part of the ALC panel supported by the support bracket, positioning a coupling plate which has a penetrated coupling hole penetrated in one lateral surface in the rear side of the flange of the vertical material, and combining the coupling hole with the embedded anchor of the ALC panel; (f) fixating and combining another ALC panel by the coupling plate after stacking the another ALC panel on the upper part of the ALC panel which is fixated on the upper part of the support bracket to the lower part of another support bracket which is adjacent to the upper part of the support bracket on which the ALC panel is fixated and installed; and (g) repeating (e) and (f).

    • PURPOSE: An ALC(Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete) panel installation method by a vertical wall locking construction method is provided to safely and surely transmit an external wind force applied to an ALC panel. CONSTITUTION: An embedded channel(50) is installed on the upper surface of a slab(S) while a reinforcing bar of the slab is assembled in placement of the slab, and a T-shaped bolt(55) is connected. A main angle(40) is fixed to the upper surface of the slab using the T-bolt connected to a main channel. The lower part of an ALC panel(10) is mounted on a support bracket(30) connected to the main angle. An insert plate(120) of the upper part of the ALC panel is connected to the outside of the main angle with a bolt(124). An L-type clip angle(20) of the lower part of the ALC panel is connected to the main angle with the T-shaped bolt.

    • 본발명은단열기능일체형구조용패널에관한것으로서, 더욱상세하게는고단열심재와비중이낮은 ALC로형성되는구조용패널을일체화하고구조보강요소로보강하여단열성능을보강하면서도강도성능이우수하게발현되도록하는단열기능일체형구조용패널에관한것이다. 본발명의바람직한일 실시예는분쇄된보통포틀랜드시멘트(OPC; Ordinary Portland Cement) 50~60중량%, 분쇄된규석 25~35중량%, 생석회 10중량%, 무수석고 5중량%로구성된혼합분말과, 혼합분말 100중량부를기준으로, 혼합수 125~135중량부, 첨가제로폴리디메틸실록산 0.05~0.15 중량부, 첨가제로평균기공의크기를제어하기위해서염화칼슘 0.03~0.1 중량부및 기포제 0.3~0.5중량부를혼합하여성형체를형성하고, 상기성형체를오토클레이브를이용하여수열합성하여형성되는미네랄하이드레이트로이루어지는일정크기의판재형상의고단열심재와, ALC로형성되어고단열심재의양측면에불연막접착소재로접착되는내측및 외측구조용패널로이루어지는패널본체와; 패널본체의고단열심재를두께방향으로관통하여양측의구조용패널에정착하여결합시키도록형성되는관통형구조보강요소;를포함하여이루어진다.

    • PURPOSE: An autoclaved lightweight concrete preform cutting device is provided to easily produce lattice cutting objects of the preform by entirely cutting the preform in a right-angled direction during a cutting process. CONSTITUTION: An autoclaved lightweight concrete preform (5) cutting device comprises hydraulic cylinders (12), a lamellar table (14), grid planoconvex parts (16), a cross cutting unit, and a longitudinal cutting oscillating unit (20). The lamellar table supports the preform and is vertically moved along the operational direction of the hydraulic cylinder. The grid planoconvex parts are arranged to be in a line with a predetermined gap in a width direction of the preform, is supported in the lamellar table, and supports cutting pieces of the preform. The cross cutting unit has a cross steel wire and cuts the preform loaded on the lamellar table in a width direction. The longitudinal cutting oscillating unit has a longitudinal steel wire and cuts the preform in a longitudinal direction.
