    • PURPOSE: A device and a method for measuring a luminescent property are provided to reduce time required for measurement while maintaining the accuracy of the measurement. CONSTITUTION: A device(1) for measuring a luminescent property includes an optical integrator(14), a light receiving device(15), and a control processing device(16). The optical integrator includes an incident port(14a) capable of receiving the lights emitted from a plurality of light emitting elements, receives the lights emitted from the light emitting elements, and brings the received lights into uniformity. The light receiving device receives the lights brought into uniformity by the optical integrator. The control processing device makes the light emitting elements emit lights successively and corrects the results of the light reception which are successively obtained according to the positions of the light emitting elements in respect to the incident port.
