    • 본발명은방사능차폐용미립자를함유하는폴리에테르계폴리우레탄수지조성물을폴리에스테르직물(F) 상에나이프코팅후 건조하여베이스층인제1코팅층(C1)을형성하고, 상기제1코팅층(C1) 상에방사능차폐용미립자를함유하는폴리에테르계폴리우레탄수지조성물을 2회연속해서나이프코팅후 건조하여제2코팅층(C2)과제3코팅층(C3)을형성하고, 상기제3코팅층(C3) 상에방사능차폐용미립자를함유하는폴리에테르계폴리우레탄수지조성물을나이프코팅후 건조하여탑 코팅층인제4코팅층(C4)을형성하는공정들을거쳐코팅원단을제조한다. 본발명은상기제1코팅층(C1), 제2코팅층(C2), 제3코팅층(C3) 및제4코팅층(C4)을형성할때 방사능차폐용미립자의종류및 함량과코팅온도및 속도와건조온도를적절하게조절하여폴리에테르계폴리우레탄수지조성물의코팅흐름성과상기방사능차폐용미립자의분산성을향상시켜준다. 또한본 발명은코팅수지로폴리에테르계폴리우레탄수지를사용함으로써제조되는코팅원단의내후성을향상시켜준다. 본발명으로제조된코팅원단은내후성과방사능차폐성이우수하여산업폐기물포대(Bag) 제조용원단으로유용하다.
    • 本发明涉及一种底涂层组合物(1)的制造方法,其特征在于,在聚酯纤维(F)上涂布含有放射性遮蔽微粒的聚醚系聚氨酯树脂组合物, (3)在第三涂布层(C3)上形成第二涂布层(C2)的涂布层(C3),并且包含防辐射细粒的聚醚聚氨酯树脂组合物 在基材表面涂布含有放射线遮蔽用微粒的聚醚系聚氨酯树脂组合物,通过刮刀涂布,干燥,形成上涂层4的涂层C4。 在本发明中,当形成第一涂层(C1),第二涂层(C2),第三涂层(C3)和第四涂层(C4)时,放射性屏蔽微粒的种类和含量, 为了改善聚醚基聚氨酯树脂组合物的涂布流动性和防辐射微粒的分散性。 此外,本发明改善了通过使用聚醚基聚氨酯树脂作为涂布树脂制备的涂布织物的耐候性。 根据本发明制备的涂层织物由于其耐气候性和辐射屏蔽性而可用作制造工业废袋的织物。

    • PURPOSE: A one-component polyurethane composition for molding hoskin is provided to obtain a desired thickness by one process and to reduce processes by using adhesion of a resin without using a separate adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A one-component polyurethane composition for molding hoskin comprises 4-10 parts by weight of a hardener, 0.05-0.5 parts by weight of a foaming agent, and 0.5-20 parts by weight of a toner based on 100.0 parts by weight of a one-component polyurethane base material. The one-component polyurethane base material comprises 44-62 weight% of polytetramethylene ether glycol, 0.5-1 weight% of trimethylopropane, 16-19.5 weight% of isocyanate, 6-10 weight% of a blocking agent, 0.05-0.5 weight% of a foaming agent, 2.5-5 weight% of a yellowing preventer, and 13-20 weight% of a diluting agent.     • A method for manufacturing artificial leather is provided to prevent environmental pollution by hardly using an organic solvent, and to improve the property of the artificial leather by suppressing the generation of bubbles. A main material is prepared by mixing one or more first mixtures selected from a group consisting of polyester polyol and copolymer polyol and one or more second mixtures selected from glycols, and removing bubbles contained in the resultant mixture in a vacuum condition. A hardening agent is prepared by mixing polyester polyol, diisocyanates, and an additive in a reactor bath, inputting nitrogen into the reactor bath to induce a reaction while moisture is blocked, and removing bubbles contained in the resultant material in a vacuum condition. The main material and the hardening agent are cooled to 20-30°C. The cooled main material and the hardening agent are slowly mixed such that gas is hardly generated. Further, 5-18 wt.% of the second mixture is added into 100 wt.% of the first mixture.
