Bonding positions between the insulating films and the central conducting wires have different thicknesses according to the characteristic impedance required for each of the central conducting wires.

    • An apparatus and a method for automatically setting optimum waveform of low voltage differential signal are provided, which can reduce the electromagnetic interference by controlling the value of the current driving force and spread spectrum. The LVDS driver(100) generates test pattern data of the low voltage differential signal. The LVDS receiver(110) receives generated test pattern data by the LVDS driver and retransmits the test pattern data to the LVDS driver. The error detecting part(120) detects whether the error bit exists in retransmitted test pattern data from the LVDS receiver or not. The LVDS controller(130) controls the spread spectrum for preventing the electromagnetic interference and current driving force value according to the error detection result and outputs the controlled value to the LVDS driver.
