The current limiting unit receives an output signal of the latch circuit and outputs a first signal. The LED load connection sensing unit outputs a second signal by varying the reference potential through the first signal. The trigger input unit connected to the LED load connection sensing unit outputs a third signal using the second signal. The one shot vibrator outputs a fourth signal having a square wave for predetermined time when the third signal is inputted.
