    • The present invention relates to a thin film transistor substrate for a flat display device having a metal oxide semiconductor and a manufacturing method thereof. The thin film transistor substrate including an oxide semiconductor layer according to the present invention comprises a gate electrode formed on a substrate; a gate insulating film covering the gate electrode; a semiconductor channel layer overlapped with the gate electrode on the gate insulating film; an etch stopper overlapped with the part of the center of the gate electrode on the semiconductor channel layer; a first source electrode contacting one side wall of the etch stopper and one side of the semiconductor channel layer; and a first drain electrode contacting the other side wall, which is facing the first source electrode, of the etch stopper and the other side of the semiconductor channel layer.

    • A printing apparatus for an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to perform an aligning process of a substrate and a roller more promptly and accurately, by using various alignment keys and an optical device for checking alignment between the substrate and the roller. An optical device(140) is disposed below or above a stage(110) on which a substrate(120) is loaded so that alignment between the substrate and a roller(130) is checked. If the stage and the substrate are transparent, the optical device is below the stage. If the stage or the substrate is opaque, the optical device is above the stage. Alignment keys(150) are formed on one of the stage and the substrate. The alignment keys are distributed here and there on the stage or the substrate. The optical device is movable so that all of the alignment keys are checkable. The optical device is connected to a monitoring unit such as a computer so that a user checks the alignment between the substrate and the roller and an accurate off-set value through the monitoring unit.
