摘要： The present invention relates to an underwater transfer device with buoyancy and, more particularly, to a transfer device used as a cable or a pipe (hose) and having high buoyance for the size thereof. The underwater transfer device with buoyancy includes an inner layer; a buoyancy layer formed by winding a resin body on the inner layer and having a space filled with gas; and an outer layer formed on the buoyancy layer. The present invention includes a buoyancy layer for buoyancy under water, which is formed to have low concentration by winding of a resin body and is provided with a space filled with gas such as air to have high buoyancy for the same size (volume or thickness).
