    • PURPOSE: A continuous sawtooth generator of a millimeter wave radar is provided to reduce a system cost and also to extend a speed scanning range. CONSTITUTION: According to the millimeter wave radar, the first switch(110) outputs a pulse signal being output from a FPGA of the millimeter wave radar through two output ports, and is turned on during a high period of the pulse signal and is turned off during a low period. The first integrator(120) and the second integrator(130) integrate the pulse signal from the first switch and convert it into a sawtooth signal. The second switch(140) is connected to the output ports of the first and the second integrator through its input port, and outputs one continuous sawtooth signal by adding the sawtooth signals from the first and the second integrator, and is turned on during a rising edge period and is turned off during a falling edge period of the continuous sawtooth signal. And an amplifier(150) amplifies the continuous sawtooth signal being output from the second switch.
