    • PURPOSE: A process for preparing high purity benzene and para-xylene by separating an alkyl exchange process using only a C9+ aromatic compound as material oil and a toluene disproportionation process using toluene as material oil from convention integrated one process is provided which can increase the amount of benzene to be produced and control the operating rate of the toluene disproportionation process. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises a toluene disproportionation process comprising a toluene disproportionation reactor(2), a clay treater(4), a benzene separation column(6) and a toluene separation column(9); an alkyl exchange process comprising C9+ separation column(13), an alkyl exchange reactor(16), a stabilization separation column(18), a heptane separation column(21) and a clay treater(25); a para-xylene separation process including a mixed xylene separation column(27), a para-xylene absorption column(30), a para-xylene separation column(32), a para-xylene purification column(32) and a raffinate separating column and an isomerization process.
