    • PURPOSE: A method for producing polyfluoroalkyl (meth)acrylate is provided to solve the problems including use of a high-capacity apparatus compared to output of the target compound, adhesion of the polymer to the inside of the apparatus, and low recovery rate of a solvent, and thus to increase the yield and workability. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing polyfluoroalkyl (meth)acrylate comprises separating the target compound from a reaction mixture obtained by reacting a polyfluoroalkyl iodide represented by the formula of CnF2n+1(CH2)mI (wherein n is an integer of 2-7, and m is an integer of 1-4) with a metal salt of (meth)acrylic acid, through the following steps (1) to (3): (1) performing solid-liquid separation of the reaction mixture to obtain a crude liquid; (2) performing distillation of the crude liquid to separate it into group A having a melting point lower than that of polyfluoroalkyl (meth)acrylate and group B having a melting point higher than that of polyfluoroalkyl (meth)acrylate; and (3) performing distillation of polyfluoroalkyl (meth)acrylate out of group B in the presence of a polymerization inhibitor to purify polyfluoroalkyl (meth)acrylate.
    • 目的:提供一种制备多氟烷基(甲基)丙烯酸酯的方法,以解决与目标化合物的输出相比使用高容量装置的问题,聚合物与装置内部的粘附性和低回收率 溶剂,从而提高产率和可加工性。 构成:(甲基)丙烯酸多氟烷基酯的制造方法包括将由式CnF 2 n + 1(CH 2)m I表示的多氟烷基碘(其中n为2-7的整数)和 (1)〜(3):(1)进行固液分离,得到粗液体;(3) (2)对粗液进行蒸馏,将其分离成熔点低于(甲基)丙烯酸多氟烷基酯的组A和熔点高于(甲基)丙烯酸多氟烷基酯的熔点; 和(3)在聚合抑制剂存在下,从(B)组中进一步蒸馏(甲基)丙烯酸多氟烷基酯,纯化(甲基)丙烯酸多氟烷基酯。
