CONSTITUTION: This quantitative supply device M is composed of a storage and supply part 20 comprising a storage tank 21 and a buffer tank 31, an agitating hopper part 40 for agitating projection material S, and a vibration feeder 60 to supply the projection material S to an injection nozzle 5. The projection material S recovered to a cyclone part 1 is stored in a constant quantity in the storage tank 21 and the buffer tank 31, fed from the buffer tank 31 and stored in a storage part 43, it is agitated by agitating rods 50, 51, and it is fed to a supply guide part 45. The high precise blasting device comprises a nozzle unit to effect forced feed of the blasting material to the nozzle by compressed air; and a work table to horizontally and vertically move a substrate, and is formed such that a solenoid valve to effect the jet and the stop of a blasting material and a control device to output an intermittent operation signal to the solenoid valve are connected to the nozzle unit.
