    • Feed containing ginseng saponin and a production method of ginseng milk using the feed is provided to allow saponin to be naturally accumulated in milk by optimizing the crude saponin content of ginseng substance powder or extract and its addition ratio. A production method of ginseng milk containing ginseng saponin comprises the steps of: (a) drying and powdering at least one ginseng substance selected from the group consisting of ginseng, ginseng leaves, ginseng stem, and ginseng dregs; (b) standardizing the ginseng substance powder for its crude saponin content to be 15~20mg/g; (c) manufacturing the feed containing 1~2wt% of the standardized ginseng substance powder, based on the total weight of a feed composition; and (d) supplying the feed to livestock, and then collecting milk.

    • PURPOSE: Functional rice containing a medical herb concentrate, and a producing method thereof are provided to effectively absorb active materials of the medical herb concentrate to rice. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of functional rice containing a medical herb concentrate comprises the following steps: washing medical herbs, and finely cutting the herbs into 1,800-2,200 meshes; mixing the cut medical herbs with 70-90% alcohol, and extracting the mixture at 55-65 deg C for 2-4 times before decompress-concentrating into 4-6 Brix; passing the medical herb concentrate through a styrene system synthetic adsorbent for concentrating active materials; flowing water, 18-22% alcohol, and 95-100% alcohol to the styrene system synthetic adsorbent, and mixing all the liquid before concentrating; passing the obtained concentrate through a nanofilter, and concentrating at 50-60 deg C to obtain the medical herb concentrate in 8-12 Brix; and steaming the washed rice with the medical herb concentrate, and drying the rice at 45-55 deg C for 3-5 hours.
