摘要： A method for producing a partially hydrolyzed compact of hydraulic composition is provided to prevent dust formation, and enable easy distribution to use and long-time storage. The partially hydrolyzed compact is produced by mixing hydraulic powder and water in a weight ratio of 99:1-50:50, desirably 80:20-95:5, and forming hydraulic mixture, wherein the hydraulic powder is one or more of portland cement, alumina cement, calcium silicate, slag and anhydrous gypsum, and the hydraulic mixture optionally contains polymeric compound such as polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol and cellulose for forming such as press, extrusion and injection forming. In case that much water than the theoretical amount is used in mixing, the mixture is forcedly dried until the hydrolyzation is processed to the level to maintain a form, and in case that less water than the theoretical amount is used in mixing, the hydrolyzation of the mixture is processed. The theoretical amount of water is 27-28pts.wt based on 100pts.wt. of portland cement. The partially hydrolyzed compact, hardened by mixing with water in use, is used for crack filling material, static destruction material, hole-in-anchor filling material, and mortar pre-mixed product.
