    • An extremely thin coaxial wire harness in which connectorless connection with a substrate can be made in a limited space while quick and reliable work is ensured. In a multicore extremely thin coaxial wire (10) where a plurality of extremely thin coaxial wires (11) are joined in parallel, each extremely thin coaxial wire (11) is provided with a central conductor (12) having an exposed distal end, an intermediate insulator (13), an outer conductor (14), and a sheath (15). The harness is provided with a ground member (20) for connecting the outer conductors (14) of the multicore extremely thin coaxial wire (10) commonly, and an insulating frame (30) for securing the central conductor (12). In each end (31y, 32y) of the lower film (31) and the upper film (32) of the insulating frame (30), an alignment hole (36) for aligning each central conductor (12) with the substrate side wiring is formed.
