摘要： PURPOSE: Provided are a method and a device for eliminating or minimizing the necessity of tripping a drilling equipment so that various stratum data from an intended underground stratum can be collected, and a formation tester to discriminate stratum parameters is introduced in a winze in a condition where a drill string provided with a drill collar, a drill bit and other drilling parts is arranged in the winze. CONSTITUTION: A shell 110 which is provided with a chamber 112 and withstandable against the forcible propulsive force into an underground stratum is used. A data sensor 114 is provided in the chamber of the shell. The shell has a first port 116 to transmit the properties of the fluid present in the underground stratum when a data collection device is arranged in the underground stratum, and the data sensor detects at least one of the properties of the fluid thereby.
