    • A desorption catalyst oxidation hybrid system for the removal of volatile organic compound for enhancing the removal efficiency of the volatile organic compound is provided to execute the adsorption and oxidation of VOC consecutively by separating an absorbing part and a catalyst oxidation part and regularly controlling the desorption concentration of VOC. An absorbing part(20) is formed in an absorber including electric furnace for attaching the absorber adsorbing the volatile organic compound flowed in from a supporting part(10) and detaching volatile organic compound absorbed to absorber. A catalyst oxidation part(30) discharges the volatile organic compound detached from a multi-stage absorbing part under the existence of catalyst. A controller(40) controls each temperature of absorber and temperature of the catalyst oxidation part.
