    • PURPOSE: A prosthetic disk for spine is provided to generate an effect of preventing side effects including bond erosion etc. by supporting a lower plate with a wing unit by arranging the wing unit which is formed on both sides of the lower plate in a frame unit which has a high density. CONSTITUTION: A prosthetic disk for spine comprises: a lower plate(110) equipped on a top central part of lower part spine; a connecting hole(120) fixed on the top of the lower plate, and formed with a first rotating surface which is shaped in a convex circular arc on the top thereof; and an upper plate(130) equipped in a bottom central part of the spine, and formed with a second rotating surface which is shaped in a concave circular arc on the bottom thereof. The upper plate is rotated according to the first rotating surface by contacting the first and second rotating surfaces. A wing unit(115) is equipped on both horizontal sides of the lower plate. The wing unit is protruded horizontally, and supports the lower plate by contacting the frame part of the lower part spine. The bottom of the wing unit is inclined more upward becoming closer to the outside of the lower plate. The wing unit is protruded 3mm outward from the lower plate, and inclined 20 degrees upward from the bottom.

    • The present invention relates to an intervertebral disc residue washing tool for an intervertebral disc hernia procedure, wherein the intervertebral disc residue washing tool (100) comprises: a washing handler (101) which is gripped by a surgeon; a washing pipe body (102) which is a pipe body which is fluidally connected with the washing handler (101); and a washing pipe hole (113) which is fluidally connected with the washing pipe body (102) in order to discharge a washing agent from the end thereof. The washing pipe body (102) is bent and has a bent angle (α) which is bent in the middle thereof. The end of the washing pipe body (102) has a blocked fluid transferring end (102-2) and the washing pipe hole (113) which is penetrated to be opened towards an end side direction of the washing pipe body (102) which is adjacent to the fluid transferring end (102-2). When residues are washed during an intervertebral disc hernia procedure, provided is the washing pipe body which has a particular inclined angle and discharges washing water in a side direction with respect to a flowing direction of a fluid. Accordingly, the view of a surgeon can be easily secured, so that the surgeon can have a convenience posture for the procedure and procedure efficiency can be improved.

The banner is pulverized by a crusher and fusion-molded into chips having a size of 5-20mm. The molded banner is heated by a polymer pulverizing device at a temperature of 120-250°C to a size 1-5mm. The content of thermoplastic polypropylene is 5-20 weight% and the content of the subsidiary material is 5-20 weight%.

    • PURPOSE: A prosthesis for spine is provided to prevent side effects including bone erosion etc. by forming a wing unit on both sides of a body part, and by adjoining the wing unit to a frame part which is firm, instead of a sectional center of spine during a transplantation surgery. CONSTITUTION: A prosthesis for spine comprises: a body part(110) formed with a hollow(111) whose top and bottom are opened, and arranged in a sectional center of spine; and a wing unit(120) equipped on both sides of the body part, and supporting the body part by being adjacent to a frame part which is in a sectional direction of the spine. The prosthesis is transplanted between the spine bones as a replacement of disk. In the body part, the horizontal width of one end of nerve direction in spine is smaller than the horizontal width of the other end. The wing unit is equipped on both bottom ends of the body part. The bottom of the wing unit is inclined more upward becoming closer from the body part to the outside. The wing unit is protruded 3mm outward from the body part. The bottom of the wing unit is inclined 20 degrees upward from the bottom of the body part.
