    • PURPOSE: To provide a manufacturing method of a cathode-ray tube, in which a conductive reflecting membrane and a heat-absorbing membrane that have a highly satisfactory and stable property and membrane quality respectively are formed at the inner face. CONSTITUTION: This is a manufacturing method of a cathode-ray tube, in which a prescribed membrane is formed at the inner face of the panel 11 formed with a fluorescent membrane 14, and comprises a first step in which a conductive reflecting membrane 15 is formed on the fluorescent membrane 14 by adhering aluminum to the inner face of the panel 11 by vacuum deposition method, a second step in which a dispersion-preventing membrane 21 is formed with aluminum oxide, by oxidizing the surface of the conductive reflecting membrane 15, and a third step in which a heat-absorbing membrane 16 is formed on the conductive reflecting membrane 15 via a dispersion preventing membrane 21 by making chrome adhere at the inner face of the panel 11 by the vacuum deposition method.
