摘要： PURPOSE: An illuminating optical system, a light radiation device for measuring a spectrum, and a spectrum measurement device thereof are provided to control the occurrence of interference fringe. CONSTITUTION: An illuminating optical system (100) comprises a laser diode (11), a collimator lens (13), a pitching element (10), an integrator lens (15), and a condensing lens (17). The pitching element changes an incidence angle of a laser ray by collecting the laser ray emitted from the laser diode in the integrator lens. The condensing lens collects light emitted from the pitching element. The integrator element comprises a first integrator element and a second integrator element. The second integrator element receives the laser ray radiated from the first integrator element.

摘要： PURPOSE: A spectrometric optical system and a spectrometer are provided to reduce the generation of interference patterns and speckles in both directions to long and short axes and to make the emission of lights from both directions to a screen uniform. CONSTITUTION: A spectrometric optical system (500) includes a reflective member (51), a diffraction grating (52), and an input device. The reflective member includes the concave plane along a first circle (C1). The diffraction grating includes an edge unit (52a) and is formed into a convex shape along a second circle concentric to the first circle. The lights reflected by the concave plane are incident into the diffraction grating. The input device is arranged at a predetermined position spaced from the reflective member and the diffraction grating so that the diffracted lights having a frequency domain more than 600 nm and less than 1100 nm pass through an interval between lights inputted into the spectrometric optical system and the edge unit.
