    • A composition for an alnico-based composite magnet, the alnico-based composite magnet and a manufacturing method thereof, and a hetero-junction alnico-based composite magnet using the same are provided to enhance coercive force with proper remnant magnetization by adding samarium-cobalt powder, rare earth magnetic substance, to alnico magnetic substance. A manufacturing method of an alnico-based composite magnet includes the steps of: manufacturing magnetic powder by mixing 60 to 99 wt% of alnico powder having size of 150 to 300mum with 1 to 40wt% of samarium-cobalt powder having size of 50 to 120 um; and drying, grinding, compression-molding, and hardening after mixing 90 to 98wt% of magnetic powder with 2 to 10wt% of a binder. The binder is a compound of epoxy resin, a hardener, and a hardening accelerator.

    • A variable collimator is provided to irradiate a desired beam by specializing an irradiation target region of a DUT(Device Under Test) by changing a shape and a size of the irradiated beam. A variable collimator includes a block unit(120), plural motors(130), a controller(140), and a base plate(110). The block unit changes an incident beam from outside into a desired shape. The motors are connected to the block unit through plural flexible axes(132). The controller controls the motor. The block unit, the motor, and the controller are mounted on the base plate. The block unit includes a rear surface support mount, an upper surface support mount, a side surface support mount, first and second blocks, and a partition, which is coupled with the upper surface and lower surface support mounts. A through-hole is formed in a center region of the partition.
