    • PURPOSE: A heat radiator using a carbon nanotube and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve effect of heat radiation by filling conductive metal into gaps between vertical type carbon nanotubes using vacuum evaporation and electroplating. CONSTITUTION: A carbon nanotube is fabricated in a form of vertical alignment. Conductive metal is filled in a gap between carbon nanotubes. The conductive metal is filled through a vacuum electrodeposition method. The conductive metal is filled through an electroplating method. A stage of absorption heat treatment is performed. The conductive metal is more than one of a group consisting of aluminum, copper, gold and silver.
