    • PURPOSE: A composite porous structure including porous regions and non-porous region, a manufacturing method thereof and a separation film including the same are provided to enhance mechanical strength and stomatal density per unit area, to be utilized as a separation membrane material for a nanofiltration membrane and an ultrafiltration membrane by forming uniform sized nano pores, to selectively separate particular sized particles and to be effectively applied in bio filters for water process. CONSTITUTION: A composite porous structure (10) comprises porous regions (1) which form a nano porous structure and a non-porous region (2). The porous region is formed in a laminated form for a plurality of spherical bodies to be contacted in three dimensions. The non-porous region is formed in a structure which fills gaps between the pluralities of spherical bodies of the porous regions. The plurality of spherical bodies which forms the porous region has an interconnected structure in which adjacent spherical bodies are connected. The porous regions comprise an organic porous material, an inorganic porous material, an organic and inorganic hybrid porous material or a combination thereof.
