    • PURPOSE: A method and a system for providing a magnetic memory using a shift register are provided to improve the performance of memories based on spin delivery torque by preventing a congestion point in a write operation. CONSTITUTION: Magnetic memory devices respectively include a pinned layer, a free layer(124), and a non-magnetic spacer layer(125). Each of the magnetic memory devices is configured such that the free layer is switchable between a plurality of stable magnetic states when a write current passes through each of the magnetic memory devices. A shift register(110) respectively includes a plurality of domains separated from a plurality of magnetic domain walls. One domain is not parallel to an adjacent domain. The shift register is configured such that one part of the domains is aligned along the plurality of magnetic memory devices in an equilibrium state. The shift register is configured such that each of magnetic domain walls is shifted to the adjacent magnetic domain wall when a shift current passes through one shift register along the adjacent domains.
